Kody came to our house on a cold, rainy Sunday when we discovered our hot water heater was leaking. He was there within an hour of reaching out to him. Our hot water heater was from 1998. Not only did he have to replace the water heater, he also had to upgrade the vent system to new safety standards. He was informative and cleaned up after his work was done. I highly recommend his company for any plumbing problems and would definitely use and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Kody! You saved the day 😊

The best plumber in the Birmingham and surrounding cities area. His work is not only great, he is here when he says he is coming, stays until the work is completed. The City of Alabaster plumbing inspector said he has seen alot of plumbing jobs but Kody’s is the best he has seen. That says a lot! You won’t be an unhappy customer if Kody does your plumbing work. A bonus, his prices are very fair!!!!

Did an excellent job at a fair price. After being quoted an astronomical price by another “reputable” company in jasper, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Long Time Plumbing fixed the problem and repaired what the first company sabotaged to try to get a complete sewer line replacement. It’s a shame there are crooked companies out there that would purposely cut a pipe loose to create an issue that would have been an easy repair. Thanks to Long Time plumbing, they are an honest company.

Kody and Will came out early, diagnosed my leak was between the meter and my house and gave me 3 different repair quotes. they came out the following monday on time and promptly found and repaired the leak. I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumber.

Honestly 10/10 do recommend! I called Kody after getting ANOTHER leak (which turned to be 4) and he came and fixed it same day! Then quoted us for replacement of all our pipes. He made time for us 2 days later (which I was super grateful after 2 more leaks showed up in a different place) and replaced everything in one day! Great price, and super efficient and fast and nice!

My water heater was leaking bad, I called a few places but it would be almost 24s later before they could come out. Long Time Plumbing was recommended by a few people. Kody came out about an hour after I called. Replaced it tonight. I was very impressed with the work. I highly recommend him myself. And reasonable price. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to and understand.
